I am as human as human can be during your session. In my counseling sessions, I want you to feel free to express yourself emotionally in whatever manner it comes. I never allow my clients to apologize for crying, cursing (I will admit, I curse as well as sometimes it just is needed), becoming frustrated or feeling overwhelmed in a session with me. As a certified trauma professional with specialized training in postpartum mental health, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to help you reclaim your sense of safety, build resilience, and achieve lasting, positive change. Using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques, I tailor therapy to your unique goals and experiences.
